PEORIA (WEEK) -- It's been almost three months since anyone has seen or heard from Cosette Brown, the woman police say vanished without a trace.
Authorities are still waiting on her phone records.
Brown was reported missing by her mother on November 20, 2020, and police say they filed a warrant for those records on November 21, but are still empty handed.
Peoria Police Department Lieutenant John Briggs said without Brown's phone records, it's hard to lockdown an actual time frame of when she went missing.
Those records would tell police approximately where she was, who she last spoke to and what time her phone turned off.
Without those, Briggs said they have no concrete evidence, but he did say her family brought forward new names of people that might know her whereabouts.
"We don't treat them as a suspect, but we'll treat them as, you knew her, when's the last time you saw her, and maybe they can tell us something about someone else who would possibly want to do her harm," said Briggs.
Police say, for now, without those records, they'll continue talking to those who were closest to Brown and patrolling the areas she would frequent.
Brown's family says all they want is closure.
"I expected her to be found, one way or the other, before now. People just don't vanish. We're looking for some closure. Somebody knows something," said Veronica Brown, Cosette Brown's mother.
Veronica Brown said it's extremely unlike Cosette Brown to go off, as she keeps in contact with her family everyday.
