Coast Guard rescuers dramatically winched a spear fisherman to safety after he became stranded in rough waves in the US Virgin Islands. Video from the US Coast Guard showed the man being airlifted onto the MH-60T Jayhawk helicopter from rocks off Dog Island on Sunday. He was then transported for medical assistance, according to the Coast Guard.
